1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 2jbey ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 2jbey website located at https://2jbey.cam and all associated services, features and content offered through it.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, playing a casino game or otherwise using any feature of the 2jbey Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in their entirety.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any applicable supplementary terms, including but not limited to specific game rules, promotional terms and our Privacy Policy.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 4 of these Terms.
• You are accessing the Platform of your own free will and initiative, and you are not subject to any court order, regulatory direction or third-party prohibition that prevents you from participating in online gambling.

These Terms, together with the Platform's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any specific Bonus Terms and Conditions, constitute the entire agreement between you and 2jbey in relation to your use of the Platform.

4. Account Eligibility

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction, to register an account and use the 2jbey Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The Platform reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a User is found to be underage, their account will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings may be voided.

4.3 One Account Per User

Each individual person may hold only one active account on 2jbey. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, devices or payment methods — are strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, the Platform reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void outstanding bets, and withhold balances pending investigation.

4.4 Exclusions

The following individuals are not permitted to register or use a 2jbey account:

• Persons under the minimum age requirement.
• Persons who have voluntarily self-excluded from the Platform.
• Employees, contractors, agents or immediate family members of 2jbey or its affiliates where a conflict of interest exists, as determined by the Platform.

5. Account Registration

5.1 Accurate Information

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other details requested. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

5.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised it. You must notify 2jbey support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

5.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

2jbey reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the user relationship, including during registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time a review is warranted. Accepted documents typically include a valid national identity card (CNIC) or passport. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Currency

The primary account currency on 2jbey is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, deposit amounts and withdrawal amounts are displayed in PKR unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the User.

6.2 Payment Method References

Payment method names referenced on 2jbey — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — appear as familiar context references for Pakistani users. These references do not imply endorsement of, affiliation with, or support for gambling services by those financial institutions. Users must verify currently available deposit and withdrawal methods within the Platform's Cashier section, as available options may change without advance notice.

6.3 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the Platform and may vary by payment method. These thresholds are displayed within the Cashier section of your account at the time of transaction. The Platform reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time.

6.4 Withdrawal Conditions

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets are subject to acceptance by 2jbey. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a technical error has caused incorrect odds to be displayed, where suspicious wagering patterns are detected, or where market integrity concerns arise.

7.2 Odds and Market Changes

Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Live-betting odds in particular may shift rapidly due to on-field events. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed by the Platform, the stated odds at the time of confirmation apply. 2jbey covers Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 seasons, ICC global tournaments, international football, UFC and other sports markets. Market availability may vary by event and jurisdiction.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided, and the stake returned, in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, market suspension due to integrity concerns, technical errors in odds presentation, or where a bet was placed in breach of these Terms. Void bets are not counted towards wagering requirements.

7.4 Casino and Slot Rules

Casino games, including live dealer tables and slot titles, are governed by the specific rules of each individual game. RTP (Return to Player) figures displayed on the Platform are theoretical long-run averages calculated over a very large number of rounds and do not represent guaranteed returns in any individual session. House edge applies to all casino products.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8.1 General Bonus Terms

Bonuses and promotional offers issued by 2jbey are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time of each offer. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and qualifying game types will be stated in the applicable promotion terms. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a PKR 5,000 bonus means PKR 1,00,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal is permitted.

8.3 Bonus Abuse

The Platform reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim bonus amounts and any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk bet hedging designed to exploit bonus terms, use of automated wagering systems, collusion between accounts, or any other activity deemed by the Platform to constitute exploitation of promotional offers rather than genuine play.

8.4 Illustrative Figures

Any PKR bonus figures, cashback percentages, referral credits or reward tier examples referenced in marketing materials or on the Platform are illustrative and subject to current operator terms. No unlimited or guaranteed reward is implied. Always verify the current terms of any active promotion before participating.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2jbey Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering multiple accounts or assisting others in doing so.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration information.

• Sharing, selling or otherwise transferring account access to third parties.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 2jbey Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface designs, game content, software and data — is the property of 2jbey or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, transmitted or distributed without the prior written consent of 2jbey.

11. Privacy & Data

12. Responsible Gambling

13. Limitation of Liability

Users acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are a natural and expected outcome of wagering. 2jbey is not liable for any gambling losses incurred by users of the Platform.

14. Account Suspension & Termination

14.1 Termination by 2jbey

2jbey reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent, abusive or suspicious activity is detected.
• A User fails to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• The Platform is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

14.2 Termination by the User

Users may close their account at any time by contacting 2jbey support. Upon account closure, any remaining eligible balance will be returned to the User following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and confirmation that no wagering obligations remain. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited on account closure.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, the User's right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including limitations of liability, intellectual property rights and dispute resolution provisions — shall continue to apply.

15. Amendments to Terms

2jbey reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. 16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2jbey is licensed and/or incorporated, to the extent not overridden by mandatory local law in the User's jurisdiction.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and any applicable provincial law — may apply to their use of the Platform regardless of any choice-of-law provision in these Terms.
